CSK start fan engagement program ahead of IPL 5

Chennai Super Kings have decided to try and bring something for their fans before the start of this year’s IPL. They have introduced the concept of Kings Club, which will be the official fan club for the fans of the side.

The decision to open up the membership is to allow the members some exciting offers for the fans. Those fans who want to become the members of the club will need to pay only Rs.100 to own a Yellow Card and they will need to go to the official Chennai Super Kings site, fill up the registration coupon and send it to the specified address.

The member with a Yellow Card will be allowed to buy tickets on a priority basis and could also get some special deals apart from being allowed to meet some of the Super Kings players.

Rakesh Singh, joint-president, Marketing of the Chennai Super Kings said that such a club was necessary for the fans to connect with the team and to bring in more fans for the side. He also added, “It is a platform where our fans meet, discuss and provide feedback. After all, they are at the heart of everything that we do at Chennai Super Kings”.
